Trevikam Healthcare Ltd will not under circumstances provide unsafe care or treatment or be put at risk of harm that could be avoided. Our staff undergoes rigorous recruitment process and are subject to DBS checks.
We offer a unique combination of premier community home care services to elderly people and supported living services for young adults with learning and minor physical disabilities. A full list of other services we provide are listed under Our Services section.
We would have loved to look after your pet too, unfortunately our insurance cover does not extend to cover pets.
Trevikam Healthcare Ltd is committed to protecting individuals we support from abuse and we are fully aware of the forms of abuse and the balance of power that can be exerted on individuals we support. The company has a host of comprehensive information on safeguarding vulnerable people available that staff may access on the company library and this includes policy and procedures relating to the protection of vulnerable adults.
Trevikam Healthcare Ltd will be insured by Zurich Insurance Service Ltd through Marsh Commercial Insurance Limited.
The Care Quality Commission (CQC) is the body that is responsible for the monitoring of our services. At Trevikam Healthcare Ltd, we will endeavour to display our Care Inspectorate rating in a place where you can see it, this information will also be included on our website and make Care Quality Commission’s (CQC) latest report on our service available to you.
We use approved and accredited training providers to train our staff to ensure there are equipped with the same set of introductory skills, knowledge and behaviours for compassionate, safe and high-quality care and support skills.
Trevikam Healthcare Ltd and its staff members aim to respect your privacy and dignity at all times. Please speak out or speak to the Managing Director or the Registered Manager if your privacy or dignity is not being respected.
